Fairly clean hotel, incredibly attentive stuff, a nice size room. Particularly good, marvellous location in the beach area. About 10 minutes walk from Cai Dam Market. A good restaurant and a rooftop bar available.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Ha Long called Citadines Marina. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and met all my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and spoke great English. They were very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering amazing drinks and stunning views of the skyline. The pool and gym facilities were also top-notch. it was a luxurious experience.

The food was amazing with a wide array of alternatives. The room we had included a seating area, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Amazing location close to the harbour for the Ha Long cruise was a plus.

The rooms they have were clean and fantastic with modern amenities, spacious balcony. The hotel's location was STUNNING, next to the downstairs restaurant, the centre and south of Vietnam and Vietnam.

Staff were super helpful and even helped us find my friend's phone! The hotel room and facilities were high-end, clean, and had a jaw-dropping view of the Halong Bay Islands. The dinner and morning buffet were mind-blowingly delicious with a great variety of breads. Not to mention, all of this for only $60 a day! Such a reasonable and inexpensive hotel!

The multiple pools, including a heated one, are jaw-dropping, and the bars and restaurants on-site are top-notch. The gym is also a great plus. Although the local area may seem a bit barren and lifeless with empty condos and partially built hotels, don't worry! The hotel offers free bicycles so you can ride a couple of kilometers to the local food streets and indulge in some amazing seafood. If you visit in February, the area may be quite deserted, which adds to the peacefulness. the hotel offers every facility you could need, from free Wi-Fi and on-site car park to luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security. The various amenities such as the bar/lounge area, restaurant, and snack bar truly enhance your stay. the fitness center and indoor swimming pool are perfect for those who like to stay active. Don't forget to check out the phenomenal rooftop pool and the breathtaking sunset views from the rooftop bar. The rooms are so spacious, comfortable, and ridiculously clean – a maniac's dream! The hotel even provides a laundry service, flat-screen TV, lift, electric kettle. For business travelers, there is a convenient business center and express check-in/out. If you're looking for some entertainment, the hotel has billiard tables, cycling options, and even yoga classes. During my New Year stay, there were a couple of things offered that I enjoyed. The breakfast was included and tasted great. The room was also very spacious and clean, which made my stay enjoyable. the staff were very helpful whenever I had any questions about the area.

There were also some aspects that I didn't enjoy during my stay. The location wasn't very convenient as I had to take a taxi or grab to go anywhere outside of the nearest vicinity.

The views from the rooftop bar were breathtaking and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city.

The rooftop bar was only accessible by stairs, which could be a challenge for some guests. , some of the guests weren't considerate and made a lot of noise in the swimming pool early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep.

Modern hotel, clean, fabulous staff. Multiple pools, bars, restaurants, gym. Free bicycle to local food streets. Tremendous breakfast, fantastic food. Friendly staff, excellent service.
